Excellent food, very slow service, staffing problems. The restaurant opens at 11 am. The second to last time I went there I arrived at 11:30 am, there was one lone staff member, absolutely no one in the restaurant except for an Uber driver picking up an order. The one employee was huffing and puffing and completely overwhelmed and did not even look at me for 10 min. I just wanted a sandwich for take away. When she finally greeted me at 11:40, she said it would take 20 minutes for a sandwich. I walked out. Restaurants should be ready to serve guests the moment the doors open. A few weeks later I decided to give this place another chance. I went with 6 colleagues at 11:30 am. I had made a reservation online hours before. We showed up and there was one lone employee completely unaware of our reservation and also completely overwhelmed because the waiters had not showed up on time. The waiters showed up around noon. The food was good but it takes forever to get it. The problem is not the employees, it’s clearly management not staffing properly.
