The breakfast here well exceeded my expectations along with the excellent service from our waitress Olivia. Everything was delicious and received in a prompt manner that made my day better.

This was a very good experience. The atmosphere was great, the food was perfect, our server Olivia was very kind and considerate. It only took about 15 minutes to get our food.

The best breakfast and ambiance on the south shore, family owned, top quality food and they also have a wood fired pizza oven, worth the trip try them out!

Reply to the response: The fact that you would've been ONLY ok with untouched food (that was wrong order) means that you wouldn't discard the item? You WOULD SERVE THAT AGAIN TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER? I will be filing a complaint about the food/safety department. I'll also be doing a credit card chargeback for the bill, because I was forced to eat something I didn't order (I didn't complain after eating half of it, btw). The only reason this place has lasted this long is because there were not that many other options before...Brossard is a bigger city now, with better food options, and more sanitary too. By the way, the waitress's name was "Julie". ------ We ordered brunch today, and after poking at the food item, realized that one of the orders was wrong (the server brought the wrong item). Then when we mentioned it to the server, she said she has to charge us for the item that was touched...so we were basically forced to eat the item that we didn't order. There was no apology or anything. I've never been to a restaurant where I was forced to eat the item I didn't order. If the waitress brought the wrong item, that's obviously a write-off for the restaurant...except at this place. The food was just OK, but on the mediocre side. The cream cheese was hard and not spreadable (it must've been just taken out of the fridge). The salad was unappetizing, and the french toast was overly eggy. I understand that this place has been around for a long time with regular clients, but that's from the time when there was nothing in Brossard. There are many other options now in 2025, so we won't be returning.

Hello, We’re sorry your visit didn’t meet your expectations, but we’d like to clarify a few details. The dish served was the one pointed to when ordering. It was only after half of it had been eaten that the server was told it wasn’t what was wanted. Unfortunately, at that point, the plate couldn’t simply be replaced. Had the manager been informed right away, the situation would have been handled immediately — we would have gladly provided the other item free of charge, as we always do when made aware. As for the cream cheese, it must be kept refrigerated at all times for food safety reasons. Leaving it out would go against health codes, so yes, it will be served cold — there’s no other safe way to do it. We’ve since reminded the waitress that in any situation like this, she should come see the manager so we can make things right on the spot. We understand not every visit goes perfectly, but we hope you might consider giving us another try. We’ve been proudly serving our community for over 25 years, and we always aim to treat our guests with care and fairness. That would be illegal and against Quebec health regulations. Suggesting otherwise is false and harmful. What was explained is that once a dish has already been significantly eaten, it cannot simply be discarded and replaced. If restaurants did that, anyone could order a meal, eat half of it, and then ask for something else for free — even when the food was prepared correctly. That’s why it’s essential that any issue be mentioned right away. When a mistake is reported at the beginning, we have no problem replacing the dish, even if it means throwing it out, because it truly is an error. As for the cream cheese: it must be kept refrigerated under Quebec food-safety laws. Serving it warm or left out would be a violation, not better quality. Regarding your mention of a chargeback: credit card disputes exist for fraud or billing errors — not for meals that were prepared, served, and eaten. If a dispute is filed, we will provide the receipt, service notes, and this public record confirming the meal was consumed. Finally, comments about “better options in 2025” are a matter of personal taste. We’ve been open for over 25 years because people continue to choose us — not because they lack alternatives.
