Reviews / Ratings for Brasseurs du Monde
While in Montreal, I had the pleasure of enjoying a fantastic meal featuring beers from Brasseurs du Monde, and it was a combination worth talking about. The fish and chips were absolutely delicious, crispy, golden batter on the outside, tender flaky fish inside, and perfectly cooked fries that made the dish comforting yet refined. What really elevated the experience was their bleuet (blueberry) and tea wheat beer. It was refreshing, slightly fruity without being sweet, and had a smooth wheat finish with subtle tea notes that made it unique and very easy to enjoy alongside the meal. Great food paired with creative craft beer is always a winning formula, and this experience delivered on both fronts. Definitely a memorable stop for anyone who appreciates flavorful dishes and distinctive brews. I don't take anything serious in the newspaper, except for fish and chips… 🤣 And even that I take with a pinch of salt 😜
Great time. Thanks. The mac n cheese was delish, great beer sampler, and service was great.
Wonderful place and time. Gets busier closer to 6pm and the vibe is great. Beers are incredible. Try it yourself
My friend and I were placed at a corner of a table that was already occupied by a group. The first 10-15 min was pretty unpleasant with servers squeezing themselves in back of our chairs to attend to the customers next to us. In the meantime, a table for two opened up and once we decided to move, it was a lot better. Their food and beer was nice. It gets pretty loud with a full house and the TVs going.
Our group came to enjoy dinner, the drinks and Bao buns were the best part. The rest of our order was mediocre at best, the taste was lacking. Either it wasn’t seasoned enough or was over seasoned. The drinks were good. It’s EXTREMELY loud in here, the tables all around us were Screaming over each other which made it even more unpleasant (and this was before they decided to turn up the volume on the tvs, which made people scream-talk even louder.) Also check under your plates, because our dishes weren’t cleaned properly before they served us. We lifted the black serving bowl of hummus out the wooden plate and the plate was absolutely filthy. Won’t be coming back
I really enjoyed the variety here. We went as a group and they had a wonderful vegan brunch spread available in addition to meat options. We were also able to order à la carte which was great!
