Not many places are open on a Monday night but this one was. I'm not sure why this place got a bad rep because my service was great,the food was actually good for all of us, no complaints from none of us

Went here with 5 friends and had a really bad experience. We ordered beers but they took them away even after we showed valid IDs proving we are all 18+. The food was very dry and not good at all. Our waiter, Anthony, was rude the whole time and even seemed to be drinking while working. Service was very slow, and when we asked for water we got tiny cups full of ice and barely any water, filling it up once every 30-40 minutes. Overall, very disappointing. Would not come back.

I came here with a group of 6 friends and we ordered beers, but staff took them away even after we showed valid IDs proving we were all 18+. That already set a bad tone for the night. The food was extremely dry and honestly just bad overall. Definitely not worth the price. Our waiter, Anthony, was extremely rude the entire time. It even seemed like he was drinking while on shift, which was really unprofessional. The service was also incredibly slow. When we finally got water, it came in the smallest cups possible, filled mostly with ice and barely any actual water. On top of that, I had to reorder my meal 3 times, once with Anthony and again with another waiter, before they finally got my order right. Overall, very disappointing experience. I would not come back. PS: table was super messy also

First time here was not impressed , my waitress was missing most of the time it wasn’t a packed night either just pure negligence. Didn’t even bother to give cutlery.Now for the atrocity of the food , chicken strips burnt , hard definitely microwaved. My burger was pink and I came home sickly after. The atmosphere and ambience was nice however doesn’t make up for the lack of decent food and service. Will not be returning.

Good place to go whit friends and enjoy a good meal. About of space not stuck to move around and food is pretty good.

I never write reviews on here but i feel this one is necessary honestly. I went to manoir on today and my server was always missing, never checking how we were doing, even when wanting to pay a coworker told me to wait cause she's in the back. And she came back smelling like weed/smoke?? (she has black curly hair and tattos) Because of course that's what you do at work?? The smell was super unpleasant anyways. On the other hand, the other server, the latina one (with a red ribbon) was super sweet and attentive even tho we were not her table. Tbh, management should do something. Third time this year, 3! And it’s always the same story, same server sadly, she is missing, sometimes drunk or whatever and wearing slippers to work? Is it to hard to be proper? Is it too hard to ask for a proper server and not someone who thinks the restaurant is a playground? If u ever get to be there and opportunity of choosing who server you on a thursday night, the latina girl is the one way to go! Hoping for a change cause food is amazing but with people like that… I would rather stay home.
