I first came across Bouzo through a reel showcasing how the gelato is made, the craftsmanship and authenticity on display immediately caught my attention. As someone travelling from Mississauga, Ontario, I knew a visit to Montreal wouldn't be complete without stopping in, and I'm so glad I made it a priority. The pistachio gelato is, without question, the standout of the entire menu. Rich, aromatic, and made with what tastes like real, high-quality pistachios, it's the kind of flavour that reminds you what ice cream is supposed to taste like. I sampled several other flavours as well, and each one held its own, but the pistachio is in a league of its own. Bouzo clearly takes pride in its craft, and it shows in every scoop. If you're even remotely nearby, this place is worth going out of your way for.

Friendly service and great Mediterranean-inspired ice cream. We tried two flavours — rose and coconut, both topped with pistachio — and both were rich and delicious. Will definitely be back to try more.

On the top for traditional bouza flavours 👏🏻 Staff are always kind and welcoming service is very good also it’s great to have some ice cream on the tables outside in summer

Bouza Carrefour Laval was really nice! We tried the ashta pistachio and the one with baklava pieces—both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and authentic, and everything tasted very fresh. Highly recommended, especially if you love Middle Eastern desserts.

Friendly staff. Ice cream was delicious, I ordered pistache and almond flavors. The pistache on top really added texture and good taste.
