Boustan staff filled chicken shawarma with maximum capacity of salad and chicken even less than quarter part of other ingredients when you asked them they behave like we are not a customer just come to get a free item which they prepare by their leftover.....never recommend

I ordered the vegan pita au four box and it was incredible. I highly recommend the vegan option because it is so so good and you have to try it at least once. It is more expensive than the other non-vegan options. The price difference is not that big, but it is still disappointing to pay a premium when you make a more compassionate and eco friendly choice .

This is the best Boustan. Make sure you specify this location. I went in person and they were super nice. The days of Hadi and Fadi are long gone. You need to establish a relationship with the people preparing your food. It's worth a visit.

Very dirty kitchen there's actually videos of this place circulating on the internet that the staff is washing their feet in the kitchen sink very disgusting do not go eat at this place

Bowls are always getting smaller and smaller. Today I got them, and the food inside isn't even packed as much as before. Not only are the bowls getting smaller now, they also start skimping on the food quantity. You just lost a regular customer. Congratulations.

I’ve been ordering from Boustan for years because of the generous portions. Unfortunately, over the last year, I’ve found myself feeling hungrier and hungrier after each meal.The bowls used to be packed to the top — so full that the food barely moved during delivery. These days, the bowls feel much shallower and seem to contain far less food. There’s noticeably more empty space than there used to be.Tonight’s order was the final straw. I couldn’t believe how much empty space was in the bowl. When it arrived, all of the food had shifted to one side, making it look as though someone had already eaten from it. Feels like 30% of the food was missing.When I order from places like Shawarmaz or Amir, the bowls arrive heavy, full, and packed with food. I feel like I get much better value for my money there.I’m very disappointed to see this level of shrinkflation from a restaurant I used to enjoy and regularly support.

Usually I go there and the staff is nice but there is one old guy was super rude today me and my friend order uber pick up and all we ask him to put the same quantity of potatoes in the bowl separately and he start misbehaving and all.And he said I am not going to give you extra bowl even though I ask to pay for the separate empty bowl.Very rude customer service definitely not going there again.The young guys are super sweet.
