I’ve been coming here for years, and the shawarma is always delicious—it’s truly impressive. This is probably the only place in Bustan that has maintained such superb quality for so many years running. The service is always top-notch, and there are always tables available—even though the shawarma is in such high demand!

Everytime I order a sandwich (no tomatoes no turnip) they disregard my requests then proceed to act like I failed to mention it. One time an employee even mocked my order by saying “to tomatoes, no turnip, no chicken?” Which was insulting because they were implying I don’t want anything in my sandwich.

I ordered from their website. Was missing a pita, they insisted that they put it in the bag. They hung up on me and never answered again. Do not order from their website!!!!!

The bowl is very bad and bland; they removed the pita trio combo, which was the only good thing.

UPDATE JULY 3RD, 2026**** I ordered two chicken shawarma plates and paid extra for additional chicken on one of my orders. Unfortunately, this experience was even worse than before. For the price you pay, plus the extra charge for more chicken, the portions were extremely disappointing. I called the restaurant to ask about it, and I was told each plate contains 120 grams of chicken. I've been ordering from this place for years, and this was by far the smallest amount of chicken I've ever received. My wife's plate barely had any chicken at all, while it was loaded with rice and potatoes. As for the extra chicken I paid for, there was no noticeable difference. I've supported this restaurant for years, but this experience was the final straw. Charging customers for extra chicken and then not providing it is unacceptable. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The shawarma was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be visiting again next time I’m in Montreal! I loved the bread they used, and the flavour overall was amazing.
