Honestly, we are on a road trip and we intended to stop for a quick burger to stretch our legs. When we walked in and noticed that there were four options, we split as a family across two choices. Let me tell you that the rebel burger will be the best burger of your life. The Nashville chicken pouting was my teenage daughters favorite. So, the food, 10/10!!! BUT....the owner walked out, introduced himself and gave all our family members a fresh warm individually packaged cookie as a welcome!! Incredible. Moments later, he appeared back at our table with a free sample from a restaurant and told us that the rest of restaurants would follow and be bringing us samples to try....to say we were blown away was an understatement. I am in customer experience and I create models but let me tell you the owner of this boulevard has created his own level of customer experience. Well done. We WILL be back!!! Thank you for your incredible friendly welcome, hosting and the remarkable food. Well done!!! If there was 25 stars as an option I would leave it.

I got the butter chicken poutine. It was unique. I enjoyed the potatoes. I found the butter chicken sauce was very mild and almost plain. I had a few pieces of really fatty chicken that were not appetizing at all. The mango Lassi was good, slightly runny. I was impressed that the naan were freshly rolled out and baked to order. The naan was very good!

Burger from holy burger was really good (smash burger)it tasted like a better big mac. I had pulled pork poutine from there and it was small and the fries weren’t good. overall not bad

Love the food choices, finally some diversity in Sherbrooke. However, we can't breathe the air circulation is a big problem. I wonder for the safety of the employee and consumers. This is a Health and Safety issue.
