I definitely don’t see why it doesn’t have 5 stars, food was absolutely amazing and my server Megan was the nicest and kindest girl, totally recommend

Ordering took a long time as did the food. Then 2 of our 3 person party received food and the third did not. They ate 90% of their meal before the 3rd showed up a long time after. I ended up taking mine to go as a result.

If i could chose 0 stars would be great! Worse service we have ever experienced @ Sain Jean sur Richelieu branch)!We waited for more than 10 minutes and they never gave us a table (even though there were several available). The strange thing is that a family of five arrived at after us and they were seated immediately. None of the waitresses at the counter offered us a table or gave us any explanation. This isn't the first time we've been to Boston Pizza, but it is the first time we've received such TERRIBLE service!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

There was almost no seats available. Unfortunately, pizza was average.
