I had Danna tonight at Bp in Gatineau and she was lovely and very hospitable!! She was wonderful and super helpful as well. Overall a great employee and bartender. Great drink recommendations as well.❤️❤️

If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to dine inside a vacuum cleaner bag from the 1990s, look no further. This place is a masterclass in "vintage chic," if your definition of chic is a thick layer of settled dust and mystery textures.The seats come pre-loaded with a curated collection of local trash. I reached under my table and discovered what I can only assume is a "Jurassic Treasure"—a fossilized chicken nugget that likely predates the current administration.There’s a lovely "abandoned warehouse" vibe, complete with a trail of used tissues leading the way like breadcrumbs.The food managed to be impressively bland, which is actually a feat considering how much seasoning must be floating around in the air. It tasted like "beige."Truly a supernatural experience. The staff are essentially poltergeists—you never actually see them, yet you can feel their expectant energy hovering over the "Tip" line on the bill.I paid a premium price for the privilege of auditing their lack of a cleaning budget. It’s expensive, but can you really put a price on potentially discovering a new strain of bacteria?Perfect for anyone who thinks hygiene is "too mainstream" and prefers their meals with a side of archaeological discovery.

If I could, I’d give zero stars Who doesn’t absolutely love, biting into a piece of thick white string that’s on their $30 small pierogi pizza. I ordered from Uber eats a few days ago and I was so disgusted. I wasn’t able to finish my pizza. This should never happen! I spent $85 in total with other food in the order as well. Plus, my uber driver didn’t even knock on my door. He just left the food sitting in the hallway. Response to automatic message from Boston pizza. I did send in feedback and it said someone would call me by for or email within two days of my complaint and nothing happened. Don’t eat here

Waited over 30 mins for drinks. Got toppings on pizza we didnt want. Got over charged 4 meals on our bill and didnt realize it initially. We paid the bill with cash. Before we left, the manager had the nerve to come to our table and ask for more tip money. We had already tipped the waitress $16. After exiting we noticed we were over charged $90 for 4 meals we didnt get. Be careful when you pay cash especially at this location because they will try to rip you off and expect more tips on a bill of food you didnt even get! Unfortunately I can't complete the survey on the link provided because after realizing it was your staffs mistake and going back to address this situation, the manager gave me my refund but she also made sure to keep my receipt will all the codes for making a complaint. My family and I were embarrassed that they humiliated us. I think if you are the owner you should review this incident with your staff and find out first why they are adding on meals that dont belong there and secondly, why is the manager coming over to ask why we didnt tip more. She was loud and trying to cause a scene to embarrass us by saying over and over again that the waitress has to pay out of her own pocket because we only tiped her $16 cash, meanwhile she knew we were paying with cash and had added $90 in food we didnt order. Check your staff and maybe check to see how many time $90 was removed from the til on March 7th. Because I've never been treated like this at a Boston pizza before in my life. We would have definitely tipped more had she not messed up the pizza, got out drinks sooner, and not overcharged us initially, and shamed us for something that wasn't our fault. The manager told me to have a good night, didnt give me back my receipt and never did apologize.

Extremely dirty and unwelcoming waited a long time to be served. Gave me a mouldy lime in my drink.

Who doesn’t love biting into their pierogi pizza only to get a piece of string at caught in their teeth. I ordered Boston pizza through Uber a few days ago and didn’t have time to post this until now. I’m absolutely disgusted
