We got the incorrect order. We ordered a Philly steak sandwich and a pepperoni/steak sandwich. Instead we got a mortadella sandwich and a steak sandwich. Order was placed by Alfonso T. First and last time ordering from Bossa!

Fourth time ordering from here, twice we’ve been disappointed. Very inconsistent. Had the steak and pepperoni today … no pepperoni, bread wasn’t fresh, meat didn’t taste too fresh either. Super dry. We couldn’t finish it. Had the exact same sandwich the last time and it was superb. Unfortunately for the price I’m not taking any more chances.

Hello, We are sincerely sorry for your experience and completely understand your disappointment, especially after having had an excellent experience with the same sandwich in the past. Had this been brought to our attention immediately, we would of course have immediately made it right. We have our own bakery and bake our bread fresh every day, so hearing that the bread was not up to our standards is genuinely surprising to us. Please be assured that this will be looked into carefully. As for the dry steak and the missing pepperoni, this is unacceptable and will be addressed with our team. The inconsistency you describe is not what we strive to offer our customers. We fully understand your frustration, and we are truly sorry to have disappointed. This sandwicheria is incredible! I love the variety and freshness of the products. While I was trying the tortellini rosée + sausage rap panino I felt at home with my nonno who used to make it the same. Tutti i miei complimenti ai chef! Alla prossima! 🫶🏻

Bossa’s sandwiches used to be very good and consistently satisfying. They are still filling and flavorful, but the quality has become more inconsistent over time. The sandwiches are often served cold and need to be reheated, which really affects the experience, as they are much less enjoyable when cold. At times, the fried chicken is also overcooked. Overall, while Bossa was excellent before, it now feels more averagE

Was excited to try this …. Unfortunately the bread was stale and none of the ingredients were fresh- both sandwiches we got were inedible. Service at the counter wasn’t friendly either. Don’t get the hype 🫠
