I’ve had repeated issues with ordering ahead at this location. Multiple times I’ve arrived and my order hadn’t even been started, leading to long waits that completely defeat the purpose of ordering in advance. It would be different if the location was busy and had a line is understand but the employee is in the back on his phone or not behind the counter. In two of these cases, the same employee was involved, either unavailable or not -attending to online orders, which made the experience even more frustrating. On my most recent visit, there was no staff present when I arrived, no notice given, and no way to cancel my order in the app. Overall, the service has been unreliable and disappointing. I’d suggest avoiding mobile orders here until these issues are addressed.

"I recently visited the Booster juice and it was an absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting. The service ilwas very fast and the smoothie is ordered was so good too. It's healthy and yummy as well. Will visit booster juice again, and again and again.

Excellent experience at the Booster Juice location on Trans-Canada Highway in Pointe-Claire. The smoothies are fresh, delicious, and they offer some of the best booster options. Special thanks to Mr. Rajesh for his outstanding customer service—very professional, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommended.
