We’re sorry you felt this way, but we believe it’s important to provide the FULL CONTEXT for anyone reading this review. Your order was placed through Pikapoint. When you contacted us because you had not received your order, we calmly explained that the refund needed to be requested directly through Pikapoint, since they processed the order. We provided you with their phone number and tried to help you contact them. Unfortunately, you continued calling our restaurant and demanding that we refund you, even though the order and payment were handled by Pikapoint. We repeatedly explained that we were unable to issue a refund for an order processed through their platform. After trying to assist you, we eventually asked that you contact Pikapoint directly, as they were the only party able to resolve the refund. We respect every customer’s right to share their experience, but we also feel it is unfair to describe our staff as “RUDE” without mentioning the circumstances or the attempts we made to help you. We always try to treat our customers with patience and respect, and we’re sorry this situation became frustrating. We hope this provides the missing context. Thank you and have a nice day 😊

Our vermicelli dishes are also traditionally prepared on the drier side, with fish sauce served alongside to add moisture and flavor according to each client’s preference.
