First, the music was way too loud. My group was shouting and even then we could barely hear each other over the music. At first, the service was good and friendly- but that was before they forgot about us for two hours. Everyone else around us got carrot soup way before we did, and by the time that we got our carrot soup, some tables were already starting / done with their main course. We were among the last people to get our food, and yet food was *still* getting brought over by the time we were done. The food itself was not bad, but it was definitely not worth waiting 2 hours for. I understand it was busy, but if you are booked for 100+ students on a tour, please be prepared.

Insanely loud music so you had to yell to talk across a table. It took over two hours to receive food which was mediocre at best and certainly not worth the insanely long wait, and others who sat down at the same time received food even an hour earlier.

Loud, blaring music. Waited 2 hours for a mediocre burger. Other people who came in at the exact same time got food an hour before me.
