We stopped by Blaxton for breakfast before our trip, and honestly… it ended up being one of the best decisions we made. The food was really good—simple, fresh, and exactly what you want to start your day. The latte was great, the eggs were perfectly cooked, and everything just tasted right. But what truly made the experience stand out was the service. The manager (a very kind Tunisian gentleman) was incredibly warm and welcoming. You could genuinely feel that Maghreb hospitality—so friendly, generous, and attentive. It made the whole experience feel special, not just another breakfast spot. And here’s the funny part: we kept talking about that breakfast for the rest of our trip… especially after arriving in Cuba. Let’s just say, we were VERY glad we had that last proper meal at Blaxton before going. It really set the bar… maybe a bit too high 😅 Overall, highly recommend this place for breakfast. Great food, amazing service, and an experience that actually stayed with us throughout the trip.

Quite possibly the worst service I’ve had in my life. My wife and I had to get up and leave. After being sat during breakfast service, we waited over 30 minutes with no luck. Finally we tracked down a server to come to us. She came over with attitude told us we can no longer order breakfast and then refused to allow my wife to order what she wanted from the lunch menu.
