The service although slow is incredibly. The person that served us was very attentive snd helpful. The food was incredible very unique and worth the price especially the escargot. It’s the best escargot I’ve ever had in my life. Definitely would recommend a special dinner here

Amazing service by Audrey and excellent food. I really do like the fact of the twist of Mediterranean & French cuisine!! Our favorite entrée was the foie gras + mezzé & grilled sausages. The new owner did a great job with the menu and concept! Do not hesitate and book a table :).

Wow, what an experience, Rudy explained that the Bistro specialized in the use of spices and was he ever right. The Bavette de Bison was incredible. . My girlfriend had the Steak hache au fois gras and she was very impressed. Ratida, we would love your recommendation of some French wines. I am a sommelier and we are taking a French Wine Scholar course starting next week. We will be back in Saint-Sauveur this summer and we would love to meet you. Mike et Diane
