Best thai food ever : ))

Really enjoyed this new Thai spot! The Pad Thai had perfectly chewy noodles and was packed with delicious flavor. We ordered the chicken Pad Kra Pao at spice level 2 and it was super tasty with just the right kick. The mango salad was fresh, sweet, and nicely balanced. To finish, the pandan custard sticky rice was warm and comforting.
100% recommended!
This place is really beautiful! The food is of quality, really good and tasty and the ambiance is 10/10! Love this place I really recommend!
This is the best Thaï restaurant in Montreal in 2026
A cozy spot that serves incredible thai cuisine. The red curry and pad thai were excellent, good portion sizes and family friendly. Doy, the owner, was such a gracious hostess! Thank you for a wonderful night
Excellent Thai food! Excellent Service! Highly recommend
Really great food! Appetizers are easy to share. Perfect for small groups
Everyone who worked at the time I went for my reservation was very accommodating! The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the food was delicious! I think my only negative thing was that my pad Thai was a little lacking in flavour (but that's coming from someone who likes it with a bit more sauce than other people... so not a big negative and just a knitpick), but the portions were generous and I found the pricing to be fair! Highly recommend it!
This restaurant is highly reccomebded! Delicious food all made with authentic Thai ingredients, elegant ambiance and great service. Will be back!
Best Pad Thai in town, fried rice was well balanced with the fragrance of the wok.
The place is amazing, the atmosphere and service impeccable, the food is prepared with love and you can feel the freshness of every ingredient. Presentation of the plates are also a differentiation which turned our meal a real Thai experience in Montréal. I do recommend Bistro Ona and looking forward to be back with family and friends very soon!

Amazing authentic Thai food, great atmosphere, perfect service! Bistro Ona is a must!
I visited the restaurant on DJ night. The vibe was great. I started off with Tomyum soup. The portion was perfect for appertizer. Then I ordered Pad Thai shrimp. It tasted like real street food in Thailand. Highly recommended to visit!
Amazing food, so tasty! Service and overall vibe was wonderful. We had a beautiful evening!
Very delicious and authentic Thai food! I also love the decor of the restaurant. Very chic! Excellent service, as well.
I'm not an expert on Thai food, but everything on my plate brought me straight back to Southeast Asia, for sure! We tried perfectly crispy spring rolls, a very yummy tom yum with tofu, and a tofu curry where, in my opinion, the coconut milk didn't overwhelm or compete with other flavors on the plate. I would've preferred larger pieces of tofu to create a better contrast between the crispy exterior and soft interior, but that's simply a personal preference! Oh, and it's worth noting that the presentation was beautiful, and the atmosphere was lovely, too; in fact, I'm pretty sure they dimmed the lights as the evening went on, which was a nice touch. However, it was difficult not to allow the service to overshadow everything I noted above. We had a 6:30 reservation but weren't seated until 7:30; to be fair, we arrived a few minutes late ourselves, so we left our number and walked around nearby. Still, an hour wait on a snowy night wasn't ideal! Our mains also came out separately without a warning or heads-up, so I ended up waiting to eat while my partner's fish sat visible on the kitchen counter for several minutes before anyone brought it out. We also dealt with three different staff members over the course of the meal, which made things feel disjointed. I wouldn't hesitate to come back because there's clearly a ton of love and intention behind the food, and I have no doubt the experience as a whole will soon come together with a bit more time.
My boyfriend and I had Thai food here last night and it was incredible! It was so good we were still talking about it the next day. He had the red curry i had tofu pad thai :) both really great The service was great too! great recommendations and kind staff honestly would recommend to anyone !
Great ambiance, delicious food, lovely staff. Highly recommend! I had the pad thai for my main and the sticky rice for dessert
Thank you for your lovely reviews!
Nice staff and good food. For the fried rice and stir-fry, if you eat a lot of Asian fried rice or stir-fry dishes, the flavours will likely feel familiar, so it is good for folks who don't typically eat this at home.
I recently spent a full day at Bistro Ona during a photo and video shoot and had the chance to try several dishes. It was a fantastic experience. The interior is elegant and beautifully designed, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The team is very professional, attentive, and clearly pays attention to every detail. The dishes are presented with real elegance and the flavours are authentically Thai. Vibrant, balanced, and full of character. Everything looked beautiful and tasted just as good. The cocktails are also excellent and clearly crafted with care. A great addition to the Boulevard Saint-Laurent dining scene. Definitely worth a visit. 🍸🍜
First of all I’m 100% Thai and picky one! We had a great dinner at Bistro Ona last night. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming — cozy without being cramped, and perfect for a relaxed dinner. Modern-High ceilings, Very beautiful & perfect for date night!! The food we loveeee. —> The Pad Thai, one of the best in town! Thai fried rice, you gotta TRY THIS! Sweet& Sour fish; love it! Appetizer: we LOVE chicken wings and crispy spring rolls with their delicious dipping sauce. Honestly they are different from other Thai resto. Try it!!! Dessert: we recommend Sweet sticky rice & pandas custard ( I never saw this menu in Montreal ) We love it 😍 You can tell they care about both the food and the customers’ experience. Another lovely place for the date night!!😍
Excellent Thai cuisine in a warm atmosphere. Everything we tasetd on the menu was excellent and tasted like it was made from quality items. If you're into classics, the Pad Thai is one of the best in Montreal.
