We had a wonderful expedience at Bisto Koz. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and best of all the atmosphere was just amazing. Sitting outside, overlooking the lake and admiring the pedestrians and bikers passing by. Highly recommend

It’s definitely not authentic Mediterranean — more like a fusion interpretation — but unfortunately the taste and overall food quality were quite disappointing. Most of the people I went with were very let down by the food. I tried to give it a chance and managed a few bites, but couldn’t really continue. The dishes were overwhelmingly greasy, and I ended up leaving almost all of my couscous untouched. Only good thing about this restaurant I found from this time was a very nice view.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We ordered six small dishes, and unfortunately, one of them had a very unpleasant smell. A few hours after the meal, I experienced stomach pain, which made the experience even worse. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

What an amazing experience my husband and I had. We took the shared meal and the sommelier experience. The food was exquisite .The background music and service was on point . We felt like we were in a high end restaurant. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at Bistro Koz! My husband and I tried the "discovery menu" - 3 courses (vegetables, entree, dessert) of small plates picked by the Chef. The wines were delicious and paired well with the food. Each dish was unique and full of flavor, beautifully arranged and delicious. They seated us in one of their cozy benches, and we could see the sky and lake across the room.

The food here is absolutely delicious, every dish was fresh and full of flavor. The service is excellent — staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel really welcome. The atmosphere is awesome, with a great vibe that makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy your meal. Highly recommend this place!

We visited the bistro March '26, snow all around and tried the "dome". Very good idea, a nice warm, all transparent booth outside with direct view to the lake Memphremagog. Good food, excellent service. For 85$/person(dome forfait) we had a tasty 4 course meal; we'll go again!

Loved every minute of our 2nd experience having lunch in a dome. Last year we took a supper in the dome, at night, but the view wasn't anywhere close to what we had in the daytime. Take note that if it's sunny, it can get very hot in the dome. You will have to keep the door slightly open. Everyhing else definately to be experienced. Highly recommended.

First visit at Bistro Koz last weekend. Tried the goat cheese salad for lunch. It’s perfect serving for a lunch. The ingredients were fresh, blends of flavor was exceptional. Very nice venue with lake view.

The food was amazing. We stopped there by chance expecting a regular experience. We so pleasantly surprised by how refined and tasty the food was! And not even too expensive!The duck magret shawarma looks like a duck breast but has shawarma spices and butternut squash purée that take it to the next level.The merguez pizza was spectacular, and the batata harra the best patas bravas we've had, even in Spain.Hat off to the chef.

We can’t say enough about this restaurant gem! The view, the service and the food is all 5 Stars. We loved that it was all shareable plate sizes so we could try lots of dishes. Very unique, tasty dishes with excellent flavour to satisfy your palate.

Having lived in Turkey and Morocco, and seen the excellent reviews, I was really excited for this dinner. We got the 2-person tasting menu for $99 and added the wine pairings for $35 each. For that amount of money I expect an excellent dining experience, but instead we got a meal that would have been disappointing even if it had cost $50. The dishes were uninspiring and lacking nuance. The paired wines struck me as bottles that had been opened and needed to be used up, not as anything chosen to pair well with the dishes. The pita was dry and stale, the eggplant was undercooked and tough, the flank steak was a salt bomb, the salmon kofte was dry and didn’t seem fresh, and everything seemed to be overwhelmingly flavored only with salt and lemon. I kept wanting to find the bright spot, but it was just a disappointment. So sad.
