Food good, atmosphere great but they make u wait long time
Bistro CÔ ÚT is a fantastic spot for authentic and flavorful Vietnamese cuisine in Montreal. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a cozy bistro feel that makes the dining experience very comfortable. The food is fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared with great attention to detail. Everything we tried tasted authentic and satisfying, with good portion sizes and a nice variety on the menu. A special highlight was the Vietnamese coffee. We tried both the iced/cold Vietnamese coffee and the hot Vietnamese coffee, and both were absolutely amazing. The staff recommended them, and it was honestly one of the best parts of the visit—rich, strong, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful, making great suggestions and ensuring we had a great experience from start to finish. Overall, Bistro CÔ ÚT is a must-visit for great Vietnamese food, excellent coffee, and outstanding service. Highly recommended.
Insanely delicious food. On a Monday evening they were a little overwhelmed with the amount of crowds that rushed into the restaurant after 8pm. Hands down the food was one of the best I ever had (Vietnamese cuisine). We had this chicken dish with rice number 1 which was a little spicy and just super duper good. Can’t recommend it enough. 100% recommended.
Good portions and great taste. The soup could have been spicier! We recommend the papaya salad, general tso, and the curry chicken. We'll be back to try the rest!

The breaded chicken in coconut curry was good and the portions were ample enough and the pad thai was on point. Decent Vietnamese coffee
