I have tried their butter chicken a few times and it is so delicious! This place is owned by a lovely couple who are so friendly and sweet.

FOOD POISONING. As a new Indian in the area ...many recommended this place including a group on Facebook. So on Saturday evening, I ordered a chicken biryani as it's been long I had outside food.The taste was good and there was no weird " spoilt" smell but In 20-30 mins, I had massive diarrhea, bad stomach pain and vomiting all through the weekend and had to take a sick day off today coz I was weak , dehydrated, still had diarrhea & nausea and developed a fever.I'm so greatful to shoppers drug mart as I could get immediate help.I am someone who's been eating BIRYANI since childhood in the most different places( As I am from the place called land of BIRYANIS)and never had such horrible food poisoning in my life. Anyways, I was looking forward to this place even though my other indian friend had not the greatest review on the food here for their own reason as well but I really wanted to appreciate and support native food places. I am not dissing nor do I expect ppl to do ANY changes coz I am only one person of the possible outcome considering how stomach illnesses are. I just wanted to let ppl know of my experience which was not fun.

The decoration and layout in the Biryani House Arnprior is welcoming and vibrant. The owner and waitress is friendly and accommodating, helping to make a great experience. I'd never tried Pakistani food before, but my grandmother and I continue to return to try something new every time; We've never found anything we didn't like and always enjoy the leftovers at home! If you're looking for a great experience and a flavourful meal, the Biryani House Arnprior is really worth it!

We ordered takeout online. Online order platform was easy to use. We arrived early for pickup and there was a lot of takeout traffic. The restaurant itself has a cool vibe. Not long after picking our order our car was filled with the most amazing smell! The food did not disappoint from our last eat-in visit. We had the onion bahji, butter chicken and shrimp biryani. All hot and fresh. Absolutely delicious and a good price. We will be back!

This restaurant is cozy and cheery. The service was great. We ordered what the owner recommended—a delicious fish tikka masala with saffron rice, with papadams and tomato-cucumber salad as sides. Everything was so fresh and tasty. My friend and I lingered, looking at the beautiful view of Arnprior's downtown, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It was perfect. Maybe this sounds a little weird but, I can't help but mention the chairs. So many restaurants have uncomfortable, hard plastic chairs but these are really padded and beautiful!
