Very disappointing experience. The burger meat was clearly bad and tasted off. I asked to have it changed, but the manager refused and was not helpful at all. Poor food quality and even worse customer service. I won’t be coming back and do not recommend this place.

Very good burgers , every single time i eat one .I END UP EATING A PIECE OF THE WHITE PAPER FROM THE ALUMINIUM WRAPPING , because its sticks to the cheese . They should only use Aluminium , not aluminium with paper . Its very bad.

had a poutine here a few days ago and while I usually enjoy your food, this time it wasn’t the best. The poutine tasted a bit burned, the oil seemed older, and the bacon felt like it wasn’t freshly prepared. Just sharing this hoping it helps for next time!

Disgusting food, fries tasted like pure potato. The burger buns were low quality. The meat was undercooked. The Billy wrap is a catfish. It’s 80% salad. They claim it’s halal but it’s not. Do not be fooled. I had to vomit.

Unfortunately there were pieces of hair in my Philly steak bowl which made it hard to eat and properly review the food. I unfortunately can't recommend this place.

Looks like an old school diner, I have to say that the food is very good, some may say it’s expensive but they pack in the fries, onion rings and the burgers are made with real quality beef, the hot dogs are really good as well, the young man at the cash overheard me saying I like pickles and don’t like relish so he put diced pickles in my dogs to replace the relish. Small gesture that was really appreciated. This little restaurant should be your go to place for burgers, dogs and fries. Stop with the big chains and support these little locals, do something good and enjoys the food.

Billy burger or the bowls were my favorites here. Bowls were great serving size and were probably the healthiest choice here. Flavors were great and staff was awesome.

True fast food burger place, with really fresh food. I had the Billy 🍔 and 🥓 poutine. Delicious!! First time there today but definitely not the last time.

Excellent burgers amazing quality, I personally prefer it over huge food chains. You can taste the love in every bite. Amazing staff. Thanks Billy K team for always giving excellent service and keeping amazing quality
