I called at 8:20 p.m. to place an order, even though the restaurant doesn't close until 9:00 p.m. I was told the kitchen was already closed and they refused to take my order. What's frustrating is that I regularly call around the same time after my son's ball games and have never had this issue before. Disappointing experience and inconsistent service. Lazy!

We order from Big Bites all the time, and the food is delicious. Service is always top notch, and this is the only spot you’ll find Montreal calibre smoked meat. The poutines are fantastic; smoked meat is excellent, and I also love the burgers
We were in town from the US for our friend's 100th birthday celebration. We had some free time, and I had a craving for smoked meat & after checking on Trip Advisor and Google, we decided on Big Bites. After having smoked meat on 2 other places on the journey, Big Bites was by far the best! Get the French Fries also. Everything was absolutely delicious!
Was visiting from Ottawa and came here yesterday for lunch . Friendly service and nice atmosphere. Best of all was the food. We got the Big Bites Burger and Chilli Bowl and it came out to around $21, which is very reasonable. The burger was seasoned nicely with 2 juicy smashed patties, bacon and they even went the extra mile by putting on a friend onion ring. The chilli was freshly made and not overly salty. You could taste the vegetables and spices. Very happy to have discovered this place. Will definitely be back!

I use to head to second street whenever I wana go out and grab a bite to eat but the hectic envrionment and crowds can be a bit too much. I discovered Big Bites, and was totally worth It, the envrionment IS quiet and peaceful, always a Seat available and background music. The food IS delicious, and Big portions. Last but not least IS Mikka's exceptional service, she makes you want to go back because of her kindness and cheerful energy, exceptional customer service and shes always willing to go above and beyond for her customers, even if It means making sure theres nothing else that I need for example extra ketchup, napkins, etc. She also takes her time to explain menú items that im not sure about the ingredients included. Mikka IS very kind and always smiling. Overall Big Bites IS the BEST fast food place in town.. Great envrionment, amazing food Quality, real fríes and outstanding customer service by Mikka!

Very good burgers and the fries were some of the best fries I’ve ever had. This isn’t an exaggeration. The cashier was super friendly and informative as well! We will be back!
Our family of 4 were there for supper last evening. The poutines and burger were fresh and flavorful! The slushie was on the house for children. The service and food was wonderful. The owner even gave my daughter a cheesecake on the house! We will be visiting again soon!

Just ordered some fries from the drive through and they were extraordinary. It's the perfect kind for a good poutine, so I need to go back to try that next!

My husband and I have had Big Bites for the last four days in a row. Excessive? Maybe. But we just couldn't get over how delicious it was and how top notch their customer service is. We've enjoyed the smoked meat sandwich, BBQ burger, fries and death by chocolate cake. Cannot recommend them enough. Friendly care, fantastic food. 👌🏻✨
