Tonight we went with a previous reservation and we were completely embarrassed in front of the guests we had invited. The waitresses were confused and took our orders wrong. One of them, who is also an old-timer, seemed to be stubborn with us and did whatever we said and did the opposite. In short, we paid and the food did not please us at all and we returned stressed. We, who have always been satisfied with the food there, will not go there again. It seems that the management has zero respect for the waitresses and this problem calls into question the food and the restaurant and causes a decrease in customers, unfortunately.

The food was good but the service was zero. The waitresses don't listen at all. They do their own thing. I got up from the table three times to tell them to bring the order I gave to my table. This restaurant was very good when it first opened, but now the service is worse than ever. Thank you to your manager. I would appreciate it if you would give the waitresses and waiters more notice.

It was amazing experience we had ever in Canada. With the food, the music, and the kindness of the staff, you really feel like you’re back in your own country. I highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a quiet place where you can actually hear the person across the table.

We tried many times Breakfast and dinner. And absolutely we can say our favorite Turkish restaurant is here! The food is as delicious as in Turkey! And the place is clean. Plus, it's not noisy. The staff are very sweet and polite. 🥰 I definitely recommend it!

Unwelcoming staff and bad service & seating! We reserved a table 2 days in advance. When we reach there, the staff looks frustrated and unorganized and placed a table in the middle of nowhere.. it was so uncomfortable as we kept getting pushed and hit by the food carts and people behind us trying to pass. We asked if we could switch tables and the employees looking annoyed said no! The food was ok but we asked for bread the lady forgot and we asked another one who brought it after 30 mins. The employees had angry faces the entire time. They were completely unprepared for the reservation and I would never visit there again due to the inconvenient experience I had. Literally they placed our table in the middle of nowhere and we kept getting pushed by other people and hit by the food carts.. we just ate quickly and left from there. Very unprofessional staff and unorganized setting!

We recently dined at this restaurant and had a good experience. The kebabs was perfectly grilled but was slightly greasy for my taste! The mezze platter was great - fresh and warm bread plus delicious hummus etc.The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff was really friendly and nice.

Yesterday, I went to Beyzade Restaurant for dinner, and it was truly an amazing experience. The food was incredibly delicious, full of rich flavours, and beautifully presented. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and very professional. We were a group of eight people, and everyone enjoyed the evening. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience that I would gladly recommend.

The food was good, even though our first choices were not available. The service was also good. However, the waitress could not speak English, and there was no English menu. It was also not clear that all these appetizers would be added automatically to the order. So even after translating the menu, we still did not fully understand what we were ordering

I've been to this place 3 times..Unfortunately the first two times was beyond amazing and probably the best turkish restaurant I've been to.Last time I was they changed the menu,they had a great platter for 2 people for 50 dollars and they removed it and the Pidi has been changed as well and its horrible,where in the past its was more then delicious... The old saying if it's not broken don't fix it.. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this restaurant
