Do not bring your japanese knifes here. They say they know what to do with them but they don’t. Unless you don’t care a lot about blade geometry don’t give them your knife(s)

As discussed during our phone conversation, we have offered to redo the sharpening of your knives at no charge, with you present throughout the process so that we can ensure the result meets your expectations. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

Stop signs in a suburban playground zone are there for a reason. Maybe try stopping next time instead of ignoring it and not even slowing down. June 26 2026. Blainville at approximately 1:10 pm heading west on Des Fleurs cross street Rue des Lys. Going too fast to get a truck number but I'm sure you didn't have too many trucks in that area at that time on that date.

Hello, we have over 20 trucks on the road every day. Did you happen to get the number of the truck? It is written on the side engine panel in front of the doors. We take safety very seriously and thank you for the information.
