Bergham’s food is always good, but this particular location was disappointing because of the service. I ordered through Uber Eats for pickup using one of their buy one get one free promotions. When I went to pick up my order, the employee tried to charge me for each individual ketchup packet. When I questioned it, he said he was already giving me a free meal and that I was asking for too much by wanting ketchup. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor by giving me a free meal, as if I hadn’t already paid for my order. Charging for a couple of ketchup packets and then making comments like that came across as unnecessarily cheap and left a really bad impression. Would probably avoid this location going forward
