Disgusting attitude on the behalf of both employees Oct 18 1am. They started whistling at a group of girls inside the restaurant while they were eating, i’m assuming because they wanted them gone to close shop sooner. As I walked upstairs to ask what was going on one of them was sitting in the bathroom stall with the door open and the other was sitting on the floor with a phone in his hand saying they were chasing rats away.

Big shoutout to the young guy working the front counter and cooking as well —didn't catch his name, but he was a young Moroccan for sure , he was holding down the entire floor with incredible speed and energy. He was super polite, handled every order with crazy efficiency, and made sure every bag was double-checked before handing it out. Food came out fresh, piping hot, and accurate. Will definitely be back! 🍔🚀🔥

This is not my first time here, and the burgers never disappoint! 🍔 Always delicious, juicy, and full of flavor. The quality is consistently great, and I always enjoy coming back. Definitely one of my favorite burger spots in Montreal! Highly recommend! 😋

Actually cannot believe this place is open. Ordered a poutine through Uber eats for pickup and not only was there no worker when I arrived (he was outside talking on the phone) nor was my order ready even though it said so, he made it on the spot in 30 secs and just threw random sprinkle of shredded cheese + a slice of cheese. When I told him it wasn’t a poutine he was rude and told me that’s what they had and he didn’t have cheesecurds. It looked disgusting and I returned it. Wish I could give 0 stars. Can’t wait for them to close down!

I have been there couple of times simply because it’s close to me, and there are things that happen every single time: 1) Servers are nowhere to be found. Either in the kitchen or out smoking! 2) They listen to you carefully and somehow get your order simple wrong or don’t care about your order at all. No sauce or pickles in the cheeseburger. Regular fries instead of sweet potato fries I asked for. 3) You are not served there in any way. Do yourself a favor and get takeout, or even better, don’t go there at all.

Bad experience their ac was broken so it was really hot (24C outside) super humid and i had to wait for 30 mins even though there was no one. I had to go outside to take a breath because it was so bad

My friend ordered a sandwich with the promo "buy one and get one free". After we got the sandwich, we saw that both were very empty. It was basically the bread with algerians sauce with little to no chicken and some bits of lettuce. After speaking with the staff, we were basically told that they had use the portions of one sandwich and split it in half. So i wouldnt recommend this store to anyone, there's a lot better bergham than this one.

DO NOT ORDER FROM UBER EATS. Was a very loyal Bergham costumer. However, I ordered two sandwiches with uber promo "buy one get one free". Sanwiches were so small, the size of Berghies and were not filled at all (see picture). Tried to call their number multiple times to see if there was a mistake but no one was answering.

My first time coming to bergham and i don’t think ill be coming back. I arrived at around 6:30pm, restaurant was completely empty, one employee, with a few uber orders. I waited 10 mins to simply order my food, then another 10 mins to receive it. Poutines are fine but definitely not the best. Cheeseburger was good. Nice atmosphere however; lots of tables which is nice.

Got a surprisingly small portion after paying $16.99 + tx for philly steak. I only recommend the smaller sandwiches from a value standpoint.
