It seems this drive-thru expects a tip, and they intentionally sabotage orders if you choose not to leave one. Yesterday, I ordered a poutine and received it completely missing the gravy. I am extremely disappointed by this petty behavior. I will not be returning and will be advising my friends, family, and client to avoid this establishment.
