Waited for almost thirty minutes at the drive through window while 4 staff chatted and hung out, leaning on the counter just casually socializing. I can't comprehend how it can take that long to get three meals when there's so many staff standing around doing nothing useful.

Made an order at the drive through, I ordered a poutine and wings. They didnt include the sauce for the poutine. Bare minimum...

I went to get 4 chicken breast meals through the drive thru. I have been many times with no issues but today after paying i waited for half an hour at the window to the point where i had to walk inside to see what was going on. No one was in sight! Finally the woman came out with a miserable look ,i told her my car is there for 30mins and still haven’t received my food! I asked what was going on and with no apology she just said it’s coming. She finally gave it thru the window and still no apology! And to top it off the food was terrible , cold & dry! Won’t be going back there!
