Wow! A shocking experience. Yesterday we went for a quick snack before heading out for a road trip. The guy, young maybe 25 also works in the kitchen of another Benny & Co. In Beauharnois greeted us at the cash. He took or order and reminded us to use our point card, of which I always forget about and was delighted to be reminded. He then gave us a quick but interesting background to the history of Benny & Co. We sat down to wait for or order with a buzzer and to our surprise, he was at our table serving us. This has never happened to us at any location before and was extremely nice. It made the experience so much better. He realized how much I loved the sauce as I was sipping it like tea! Yes I know, very primitive like on my part, but that sauce is addictive. Without asking me, he brought me another sauce as he likely saw me eying my wife’s sauce. It’s the small things that made our experience that much greater. I wish all Benny & Co locations would follow suit. This guy should be praised and perhaps sent to other locations to train staff and managers to be as passionate as he was. 10/10!!!

Waited for almost thirty minutes at the drive through window while 4 staff chatted and hung out, leaning on the counter just casually socializing. I can't comprehend how it can take that long to get three meals when there's so many staff standing around doing nothing useful.

Made an order at the drive through, I ordered a poutine and wings. They didnt include the sauce for the poutine. Bare minimum...

I went to get 4 chicken breast meals through the drive thru. I have been many times with no issues but today after paying i waited for half an hour at the window to the point where i had to walk inside to see what was going on. No one was in sight! Finally the woman came out with a miserable look ,i told her my car is there for 30mins and still haven’t received my food! I asked what was going on and with no apology she just said it’s coming. She finally gave it thru the window and still no apology! And to top it off the food was terrible , cold & dry! Won’t be going back there!
