We had delivery and the presentation was really good; it was not messy at all. The chicken tasted really good too

I ordered from benny and co today with my granddaughter and i ordered a Hot Chicken with fries, and it was not a hot chicken at all. Chicken was barely cooked, bread wasn’t even toasted and when i called them to talk about it, the manager was very very disrespectful. He was talking to me in a rude tone, he was asking if i’ve ever been there before and i have, many times. They shouldn’t talk to their customers like this. Personally i’ll never order back from here. I don’t know if my kids will and it’s their choice but me im never ordering back from them again.

Wont ever order from here again was a regular until I got a mixed watered down soup cold fries and old club sandwich and they offered me 5 bucks hope that 5 bucks was worth my lose of business
