Typical fast food dining atmosphere. Lots of seating for dine-in. Service was very good and employees accommodated my broken French and were very accepting of my need to speak English. I ordered the Benny's poutine with white meat chicken. The chicken was delicious and not at all dry and very appealing visually. The fries were crinkle cut and also delicious. The cheese curds were great too. I was not impressed with the sauce, it was not a traditional gravy and a sort of barbecue sauce with a familiar floral or herbal spice flavor. I would not order the pouting again because of this which is unfortunate because I really enjoyed the quality and flavour of the rest of the ingredients. Edit: changed from 3 to 4 stars since only the gravy/sauce was an issue for me personally and did not ruin the overall experience.
