**Edit 2026/04/28** Is management even reading these reviews? So many mentions that the kitchen keeps making error after error... I stopped ordering there after my first review (see below) and was thinking of giving them another chance, but after reading more recent similar reviews, I changed my mind. Stop asking dissatisfied customers to send an e-mail if they want to follow through with their complaints, and have a meeting with the kitchen staff or something... Get your stuff together **End of Edit** Ordered here many times over the past few years, and *rarely* do they get your order right. 2026 : I gave them another chance. Well for over $18 you no longer get many fries. I counted only 20 little fries. This place is getting worse and worse Called in advance so that there would be no wait... the girl taking the order decided to give me a poutine, and charge me for it, even though I refused it.... then they had me wait another 20 minutes (for a chocken breast and fries!!!). I opened my order to find freezing cold fries and a disaster in the box as the container gravy had fallen over and emptied everywhere in the box. I guess the chef dropped it and just didn't care. After coming here over 21 years, I AM DONE!
