I ordered directly through the Benny&Co website because I wanted to support them instead of using Uber. Even though I live right next door, my order took over an hour to arrive. What showed up was a frozen, soggy mess. The fries — normally the reason I order from Benny — were limp, cold, and completely ruined. The chicken was in the same state. It all ended up in the garbage. It felt obvious the box had been sitting there for a long time before being sent out. Nothing about this meal was fresh. A total waste of money and a really disappointing experience.
