Horrible experience!! The people are completely lost. Do you train your staff ? Food cold. Unacceptable in 2026. Do better

I love this restaurant and am a regular here but unfortunately the quality has gone way down and the staff looks like they are lost in space when I ordered 2 very simple dishes they completely got 1 of them wrong after I waiting 15 minutes at the drive trough. This is ridiculous for a business that has 1 task is to take an order and deliver the right one very simple. And on top of it the dish that they got right was cold and fries were soggy I just don’t understand how this is even possible. Anyways you lost a loyal client
