I enjoyed my 2 all dressed steaming and fries. My brother said his poutine sauce was lacking in flavor, hence the 4 stars.

Previously a great place. There was a hair in the poutine and when we asked for a refund/exchange (after eating 3 bites) we were rudely told we just didn’t want to eat it and that we were lying. Very disappointed, we just wanted the situation fixed.

This is one of the best Bellepro's restaurants in Montreal. The Italian poutine is quite delicious.

Food is good, price is fair...the only reason i put 4 stars is all of the workers have long hair and beard and most of them don’t wear a net on their head or the beard...twice now I found a black hair in my food and I am blond...just threw out my food...don’t even understand how they have been letting this go for so long and no inspector never fine them.

If you want the best pouring in the region with the key cheese and sauce? It's here. Real potatoes and ingredients. Staff is great! Room to dine in and tv. All at decent price. Thumb up!

Food is good. Service was very good. The mall side should have access to this restaurant. The only entrance I saw was outside the mall.

The food here is very high quality and i love coming here. The portions are amazing and the staff treats everyone with kidness and respect. The restaurant is cozy and i highly recommend!!

Worst experience I had in a while even though the food was typical fast food trash. You find nothing but trash here. Worst trained staff i honestly can't blame anyone but the management.
