visited the Boisbriand location and had a disappointing experience. After waiting about 10 minutes, we asked for a refund. The employee said she “didn’t have the code” to process it, but what was most concerning was her tone, which was dismissive and uncalled for. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the situation. I would appreciate being contacted by someone responsible, as this interaction did not reflect good customer service
