Excellent service
Getting an order right and smiling sweetly at the cash register is easy. But what happens when the seller makes an error and the client is standing in the store scratching their head? With BBQ Quebec the answer is going above and beyond my expectations to make things right. There was a small order mix-up on the smoker I was picking up and Alexandre not only made it right, he completely owned the situation and exceeded my expectations. I will be going back for sure! Now I am the proud owner of a Weber Searwood 600 XL and love it!!
