Unfortunately, we had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had at this restaurant. We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and my husband’s birthday, so we were really looking forward to having a nice family evening. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was not busy at all , there were maybe five tables in the entire restaurant , yet three employees had to figure out where to seat us. We immediately felt like we were bothering them rather than being welcomed. My husband ordered a burger, which arrived cold, although it was cooked properly. I ordered the chicken tenders, and there was barely any chicken in them —,they were essentially just breading. When I mentioned this to the waitress, instead of apologizing or offering to replace the dish, she responded with an attitude, saying, “That’s normal, that’s what it looks like.” Clearly, there was an issue, especially when another table ordered the exact same dish and also received tenders with almost no chicken. We then waited more than 20 minutes for the kids’ desserts. At that point, we were so disappointed and frustrated that we decided to leave. What shocked me the most was the waitress’s response when I mentioned the wait and said, “I wonder how you manage when the restaurant is full.” She replied, “I’ll manage my tables, you manage your family and enjoy your time.” Wow. I was honestly shocked by that response. I have never received service like this here before, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. I understand that restaurants can have busy nights and that things can go wrong. What matters is how you treat your customers when there is an issue. Unfortunately, the attitude we received made an already disappointing experience even worse. We came here to celebrate two birthdays and enjoy time with our family, and instead we left disappointed. Unfortunately, after this experience, it was my first bad experience here and it will be my last.

This place has filthy carpeting. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich and it was tough and dry. Do not recommend

The service was good. The hostess didn’t seem too happy to look for English menus or to find a server who wanted to speak English to us. The server who took care of us was friendly. Food was good, not over the top delicious.

Food at Baton Rouge took an absolute nosedive. Ribs are horrible, considering thats what Baton Rouge was once famous for, its very apparent they are serving very low quality food. Unfortunate

First time at this location. The menu is different from what I remember. Decided to try the mushroom gnocchi, it was alright, but was hoping for a little more flavor. Service was good.

Went there only to be refused at 22:05 while it’s supposedly open until 23:00, because their kitchen closed at 22:00 because they have no customers on a Friday night!

The food was not good. The place looks great and the servers are super nice but the menu has like 5 options that are all bad. It’s either ribs, seafood or one gnocchi meal which has fish in it. The cocktail menu isn’t great either.
