Our team (47 people) had a fabulous lunch between games at Baton Rouge Boucherville! The manager was great to deal with and his team was fantastic! They knew when we booked our reservation that we were on a time crunch between games. They took our food and drink orders ahead of time and were very organized! Everything was ready when we arrived and our orders were brought out right away! We were fed and bills paid in less than 40 minutes! The food was fabulous and everyone was full! It was the best service our team has ever experienced!!! Thanks again to Steve and the staff at Baton Rouge Boucherville!!!

I am writing this review because I took a colleague here who travelled from Belgium to Quebec on a business trip. I have always enjoyed the atmosphere at Baton Rouge; however, this visit left a very sour taste in my mouth. A week has passed, and I am preparing my expense report to get reimbursed for my costs from this trip. However, I've noticed that the bill includes additional items that have significantly increased the total amount. I am 100% certain that neither my colleague nor I consumed these items. There ws also "3 clients" on the reciept when there was only two of us. I take some responsibility for not double-checking the itemized receipt when paying, but I shouldn't have to if the server was doing her job properly. There were a total of six drinks added to the bill—two more than we actually consumed—and an entire entrée, which raised the total from approximately 80 CAD to 145 CAD. This is completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location. I urge you to conduct proper audits of your employees; if this happened to me, it has likely happened to others as well. The server's name was not on the receipt. However I have the transaction date and number.

The service was wonderful we had Yan as our waiter and I highly recommend that you ask for him because he was super funny and amazing to be around and such a wonderful person. My experience was amazing.

There are two of these near my hotel had a great experience one night and not so good at the other location.
