Just another shoutout for Bâton Rouge. We had a wonderful Mother's Day meal at Batôn Rouge! This restaurant always serves the best. The filet mignon, the mushroom chicken, the ribs, it's a foodie paradise. Such a great vibe too - the music and decor, but mostly the staff who are always pleasant and cheerful. Many thanks to Antonio and Team! Bâton Rouge is fine dining, but also perfect for casual meals too. Definitely our favourite restaurant. May 11, 2025 Wonderful dining experience at Bâton Rouge. Everything was delicious. The Chicken and Mushrooms dish was juicy and tender with a lovely mushroom gravy, the accompanying mashed potatoes paired beautifully with the chicken and were light and fluffy. The Grilled Peach salad screams summer, so yummy! And the club sandwiches are a notch above your average club, with amazing flavours. All dishes were more than generous in portion size. Staff at Bâton Rouge are the best! We always enjoy our dining experience at this amazing restaurant. The quality and service is always Five Star and they always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Highly recommend Bâton Rouge for special occasions and daily dining. ************* My family and I had the pleasure of a gastronomic feast from Bâton Rouge in Sherbrooke recently. As it was a birthday celebration and the birthday gal is wheelchair-bound, we opted for takeout. My husband and I were visiting from out of town, so we planned our meals around Bâton Rouge and I am so happy we did. Our first night in Sherbrooke, the three of us ordered the filet mignon. The generous sized filets were all cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious, melt in your mouth supreme excellence. Honestly, the best filet mignon ever. The accompanying garlic mashed potatoes were light and fluffy. The next day for lunch we ordered the salmon and rice for six people. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The salmon was delicious and tender. For dinner that night, it was full racks of ribs for three people. The ribs were fall off the bone amazing. Of course we ordered salads and soup with our three meals, which were all extremely satisfying. Not only were our meals delicious, they were carefully packaged. One critical factor in our dining experience was the service we received from Antonio, a.k.a Anthony. This person was professional, friendly and first class. He knows how to make his customers smile with gratitude. I will certainly return to Bâton Rouge in Sherbrooke the next time we are visiting. Manager Antonio always makes sure the filet mignon is cooked just the way we like it. July of 2023 was yet another perfect time to treat our wheelchair-bound Mom to Bâton Rouge. And again, Antonio made sure everything we ordered was perfection. While everything on the menu is beyond delicious (salmon, chicken, salads, desserts) the filet mignon is a must try.
