I recently visited this newly opened Vietnamese restaurant in Montreal and had a wonderful experience. The standout dishes were the Vietnamese special dry vermicelli and the Chinese crispy fried noodles. The dry vermicelli was packed with flavor and came with a generous variety of toppings that complemented each other perfectly. The ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and every bite was satisfying. The Chinese crispy fried noodles were equally impressive—crispy on the outside, yet perfectly balanced with a savory topping and delicious sauce that brought everything together. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was enjoyable from start to finish. It's always exciting to find a new restaurant that delivers both quality food and great service, and this place certainly does. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic, flavorful Vietnamese cuisine in Montreal. I look forward to coming back and trying more dishes from the menu.
