The service was good, and the man was kind. However he didn’t use gloves when preparing the wrap. He broke/spread the falafel with fingertips and nails, then wiped his hands on his pants before typing in the order on his screen. It’s not hygienic at all. I was so put off that i didn’t even eat the wrap.

We take hygiene very seriously at our restaurant. In our kitchen, staff regularly wash and sanitize their hands, and gloves are not always required when proper hand-washing protocols are followed, as recommended by food safety guidelines.
