Very disappointed with my experience at BarBurrito. The customer service was really poor, and the portion size was much smaller than expected. The food quality was also below expectations as well.

Horrible service my entire ordered is wrong I received the wrong toppings in all my burritos and my drinks are missing the driver said the store didn’t give them and they had employees fighting with loud music what kind of business is this and how are they still open Tried calling the store 10 times but nobody French or English answers the phone

Never order on ubereat they always miss the order or delete some items! Besides the small amount way different then when u order on place !!!!

The food here is quite good, so it’s unfortunate that the service is atrocious. Every time we used to come here, the service was so slow that we thought it would be better to order online so we could just pick it up once it was ready. This worked once, but tonight we ordered online, came to the store, and were told that they “forgot” about our order; so now we’re stuck waiting again (it’s been almost 50 minutes since the order was placed). The service here honestly makes it not worth ordering from, I’d be more willing to drive further away for better, faster service. Edit: We got our order about an hour after, brought it home, and my order was incorrect (both the protein and the toppings were wrong). Never ordering from here again. Edit (10/04/2026): Decided to give it another try because of recent positive reviews, but the service here has not gotten any better; the employees seem to have no idea what they’re doing & seem bothered that you’re making them do their job. Incredibly slow as well (even though we’re the only people here), crazy.

Clean Not authentic but tasty Customer service is ok...not very friendly if you don't speak French...

The service is extremely slow even when the restaurant is completely empty. Fairly rude staff too. The food looked okay but I was a little concerned about the hygiene cuz the staff kept conversing loudly while making my food and I visibly saw spit being sprayed in my food so I just cancelled my order. Hopefully it’ll improve.

Ordered at least 5x from them on uber eats and never received the right order once. This is not normal and starts looking as dishonesty rather than mere errors.
