Worst bar burrito I’ve ever tried. The amount of food is ridiculous poor. I received only half of my chips, no jalapeño as I asked, quesadillas have almost nothing inside and I did not received my sour cream. Also chips are old.

Accepted my Uber Eats order without having the ingredients to make my order then uber charged me 23 dollars. Be careful. These people cannot figure out the basics. These people do not deserve to be employed at a fast food restaurant which is just sad. Pathetic even.

Never eat there, always to go and eat at home. Food is okay but nothing spectacular. Portion sizes seem to vary depending on who is working.

I love barburrito, I want to eat here, but the staff at this store are SO BAD. They are surprised when you come in the store. They stare blankly at you. They repeat everything you say without comprehension. Snails move faster. Half the items are not even available 20 min after opening. I don't understand how these people have jobs. You could replace them with a plank of wood and the experience would be better. Go see the A&W next door for an example of staff that are friendly and get your food to you quickly.

The food was decent, notbing crazy but i order nachos and wanted jalapeños on it and got 1 single slice of jalapeño on an entire bowl of nachos. Thats actually so sad and cheap of the employees

I really feel sorry for this store that doesn't have a good management. Everything. Rude and lazy employees work in this store. Poor quality food. Dirty. Bad treatment of customers and Uber drivers. Really, if I could, I would give a much lower rating. Rude employees. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Just ordered from uber eats at 1 30 am in Gatineau. Aylmer . Order was late and cold on top of it there were only a few fries that were not supreme. Items were all over the box when we opened it. And the burrito was half the size as the picture and extremely spicy even though asked for medium, Like maximum spicy and missing beans and rice. There was just a small salad inside the mainly bread pita. Of course noone at uber will help. And the store probably rips y off becasue it's middle of the night. What a rip off. Imagine just a burrito with salad in it. They couldn't even give sour creme and we paid over 25$ with delivery
