The staffs hates working with that. No patience for explaining the basic and the music is soooo loud. And always African music (don't take personal, it's just a Spanish food).

Just to edit my experience as i’m noticing i didn’t leave a review in writing, yeah. I’m always coming in with a smile on my face, happy to see people. My french may not be the best, but i do my best with the non-bilingual staff. Their attitude and bad mood KILLS me tho. Like cheer up please bro. I’m open to second chances which is why i come back at times to this place, but i’ve been here ballpark 15-20 times now. god do they make it hard to want to encourage this business. Employees sleeping on the tables, or on their phone while I’m waiting for service, portions and scoops of ingredients done half assed, like ok. Yesterday i got a large burrito, cause there’s more scoops of meat, the lady there was fine. She filled the scoops to about 3/4, which i mean, isn’t a full scoop but it’s better than what i got today. Yesterday, she gave me about a half scoop of cheess, and i said can you just put a bit more please cause that wasn’t even a full scoop, and she says it’ll cost extra. Talked her out of it and ended up just not getting ‘extra’ cheese (1 actual scoop) Today, i got a regular ‘medium’ chicken burrito. Rice, both beans, chicken, cheese, lettuce, red onions, coriander, corn, and 2 sauces. HOLY SKIMP. Supposed to be 2 scoops of protein, i get not wanting to overfill the scooper thing they have, but she actively had it 1/2 full, and DUMPED SOME OUT before putting it on my burrito. Gurl- i’m paying for my food give me my portions PLEASE. Talked to her at the cash when everything was done and over with and she said next time just tell me to put more on. Like, i did, and was told it would be extra. For you not putting on the correct amount? I seriously don’t think so.

First time eating here and the first bite of my burrito had something similar to little rocks! i don't know what is it but I took a picture! It hurt my teeth and hopefully I didn’t swallow it because I don't know what is it. It cannot be food its hard and looks like this:

Do not make the same mistake I did. Get your dinner/lunch elsewhere. The service was unfriendly and very disorganized. It felt like it was a problem that I was even in the restaurant. The food was not good, the rice looked like it had been sitting there a while, same for some of the produce options. Most importantly, I had asked for a mild hot sauce, and I am convinced the girl working there gave me the hottest option, making my burrito essentially inedible. I have seen other reviews had this same experience. When it came to paying, she had tried to charge me extra for guacamole even though I had not ordered any. When I pointed this out, she told me it was because a combo only includes chips and salsa, but I had gotten chips and queso. When I point to the multiple signs in the store stating that the combo is for queso or salsa, she becomes argumentative telling me that isn’t an option on her register. After further insisting, she eventually corrects it, but still ends up charging me an additional 50 cents for my “premium drink” (a water bottle). I was so fed up at that point that I did not bother. The business owner has commented on the many negative reviews on here saying they are working on it, but that must not be genuine as my experience was the same many other customers described over the last few months. Do not go here!

The Bar Burrito in Aylmer rarely has the soya protein even if it is on the menu and you only find out once it's your turn to order. And the staff is unfriendly.

First time ordering at this restaurant through uber eat, i was very excited because the promotional pictures showed very packed boxes... The quantity of "protein" is just laughable, same as the tiny burrito. BarBurrito never again.

Hung up in my ear when i asked to verify my order. I called back they ignored my call. I called back again I was asked in plain english if "do you speak french", i said no, they proceeded to say "well what do you want" i said i needed to verify the order and payment they acted like they didnt know a word of english. When i asked for the manager they responded "one burrito". This is disgusting service. I got an website error processing my payment, was still charged. I wanted to be sure the order went through because it was still in my cart. Lets see what happens. Edited: Thank you for rectifying this.

Its about 1030pm apr 28th, me and my wife ordered 2 burritos because we had ordered some yesterday and they were good, we ordered just now and basically received 2 tortillas full of cold liquid that proceded to fall apart, whoever you have cooking tonight cant prepare your main dish at all, ordering from here is a gamble just so everyone knows.

Ordered a shrimp bowl and there was no shrimp. They would not change my order and wanted to charge me anyways. But yet, they still have the option on the menu. If I could give a minus star I would. The rest of the food was not good. Never ordering there again.

The restaurant always manages to mess up the order, forget items. there was also an incident when we tried to have it delivered and they did not have the item in stock. They refused to simply remove the item from the order, refused to cancel our order and also refused to deliver the order without the item in question. They basically wanted to keep the money from the order and provide us with nothing. Service was horrible and unkind.

Was served raw shrimps, when they redid it, they put the cooked shrimps in the raw shrimp bucket. Careful for cross contamination.
