First time ordering at this restaurant through uber eat, i was very excited because the promotional pictures showed very packed boxes... The quantity of "protein" is just laughable, same as the tiny burrito. BarBurrito never again.

Hung up in my ear when i asked to verify my order. I called back they ignored my call. I called back again I was asked in plain english if "do you speak french", i said no, they proceeded to say "well what do you want" i said i needed to verify the order and payment they acted like they didnt know a word of english. When i asked for the manager they responded "one burrito". This is disgusting service. I got an website error processing my payment, was still charged. I wanted to be sure the order went through because it was still in my cart. Lets see what happens. Edited: Thank you for rectifying this.

Its about 1030pm apr 28th, me and my wife ordered 2 burritos because we had ordered some yesterday and they were good, we ordered just now and basically received 2 tortillas full of cold liquid that proceded to fall apart, whoever you have cooking tonight cant prepare your main dish at all, ordering from here is a gamble just so everyone knows.

Ordered a shrimp bowl and there was no shrimp. They would not change my order and wanted to charge me anyways. But yet, they still have the option on the menu. If I could give a minus star I would. The rest of the food was not good. Never ordering there again.

The restaurant always manages to mess up the order, forget items. there was also an incident when we tried to have it delivered and they did not have the item in stock. They refused to simply remove the item from the order, refused to cancel our order and also refused to deliver the order without the item in question. They basically wanted to keep the money from the order and provide us with nothing. Service was horrible and unkind.

Was served raw shrimps, when they redid it, they put the cooked shrimps in the raw shrimp bucket. Careful for cross contamination.

Worst bar burrito I’ve ever tried. The amount of food is ridiculous poor. I received only half of my chips, no jalapeño as I asked, quesadillas have almost nothing inside and I did not received my sour cream. Also chips are old.

Accepted my Uber Eats order without having the ingredients to make my order then uber charged me 23 dollars. Be careful. These people cannot figure out the basics. These people do not deserve to be employed at a fast food restaurant which is just sad. Pathetic even.

I love barburrito, I want to eat here, but the staff at this store are SO BAD. They are surprised when you come in the store. They stare blankly at you. They repeat everything you say without comprehension. Snails move faster. Half the items are not even available 20 min after opening. I don't understand how these people have jobs. You could replace them with a plank of wood and the experience would be better. Go see the A&W next door for an example of staff that are friendly and get your food to you quickly.

The food was decent, notbing crazy but i order nachos and wanted jalapeños on it and got 1 single slice of jalapeño on an entire bowl of nachos. Thats actually so sad and cheap of the employees
