They have all the chairs on the tables. Obviously hate you eating in. Server had no idea what the food options were. Couldn't answer simple questions like whats in a bowl??? Place was clean. Will definitely nevygo back and would not ever recommend.

4.6 stars is a joke. Wife ordered steak online and when we got there they said they don't have it. They had half an hour to decline the order. Manager was super unhelpful and noone would communicate. Subbed out protein and watched them break the wrapping and then just wrap another tortilla over it. Chicken burrito is big but doesn't taste like anything.

What happened to this place? I can't believe how small the burritos were. A small was a mini, and the regular was a small. Used to go there before the influx of people who don't care about customers & service came along. I don't even know if the person who served me understood what I wanted. Had to repeat many times what I was ordering. Not sure what's worse, the pizza pizza in the area, or this place. Never going back, and i used to go there a lot.

Food was great in most days. I live nearby so I go by very often. That being said there are times when the new(?) employees don't know what they're doing.

I am honestly very disappointed with the service I received at this location. This was my first time ordering from here, and unfortunately, it will definitely be my last. I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats and went to the restaurant at approximately 5:08 p.m. on August 8. There were three employees working at the time. I approached the employee at the front (The one who wears a scarf around her head) , explained that I was there to pick up my Uber Eats order, provided my name, and showed her the order details. The employee was extremely rude and seemed to misunderstand the situation. She repeatedly asked me for a bag for my Uber Eats order. I explained several times that I was the customer and was simply there to pick up my food, but she continued insisting that I needed a bag. She eventually told me to go pick up my food “over there” without providing any assistance or basic customer service. I then asked for her name, and she responded that she “didn’t have a name.” When I explained the situation to her colleagues and asked for her name, they also refused to provide it. Unfortunately, the food itself was also very disappointing. The portion was extremely small, and the food was cold and soggy when I received it. The entire experience was unacceptable, especially as a first-time customer. I will be submitting an official complaint to head office regarding both the poor customer service and the quality of the food. Very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning.

Ordered directly from their website and never got it. I even called them but it was to understand the staff as they were speaking both French and English. Do not recommend ordering delivery from here
