When you ask your server for mustard , don’t get it, when you ask your server for a refill , don’t get it, and bringing a hamburger that feels like it was taken out of the refrigerator and having ingredients thrown on just as cold sit around for over 30 minutes waiting for maybe dessert . Ask her why she got .02$ tip, it’s a message.

I was VERY disappointed by the service we received by the said to be owner. We ordered medium-well steaks that were very well done. They offered to redo steaks or offer us dessert…yes of course I’ll accept a 10-15$ dessert when you screwed up my 40$ steak. On top of it when I told the server what a medium well steak was he was clueless and just answered well next time order medium. Ok so every time I go to a restaurant they don’t know how to cook steak I need to remember what I need to ask for them to get my food right? The “owner” refused to give us a discount on the steak when 1) we no longer wanted to wait for a steak that would most probably not be cooked right because the cook clearly doesn’t know how to properly cook them 2) my grandmother is diabetic and needed to go take her insulin which he could care less about (because offering cake was definitely going to help). Then he accused us of just trying to get an extra discount and that kids already eat free on that day… how is my kids meal have anything to do with this?? Anyways I used to be a regular before I moved out of town and see that clearly the place has gone to hell, but now I understand why the parking was empty and after working in hospitality for 18 years I must say customer service is inexistant here. would definately not recommend and will definately not return.
