Outstanding restaurant! The food was excellent and service was great. The BBQ pork Banh Mi was very delicious and the shrimp spring roll was very tasty! Not busy during dinner time and a short walk from the mall. Highly recommended!!

I got the classic banh mi (with the cold cuts) and it was so good. There was so much filling inside, and they were generous on the paté and mayo. It was more than I ever had in a banh mi here. The bread was fresh, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. I also had a soup with my sandwich. The broth was rich and the wontons were firm and filled with a good amount of minced meat. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the soup! The service was outstanding as well. The lady running the store was working by herself, yet she still provided impeccable service and was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment i stepped in. I highly recommend this place if you're in Laval.

I really enjoyed my experience at Bánh Mi Hanoi. I was unsure as to whether I should get the beef or house special bánh mi, and the owner suggested the house special, which turned out to be great! Thanks to the owner and employee for making a great sandwich, I'll definitely be coming back!

I got the Pork sandwich and chicken vermicelli bowl for the first time here. The sandwich was amazing! I have had many many Vietnamese vermicelli bowls and this was not the best I have had, but it was fresh, authentic and delicious. The woman behind the counter was so kind and up beat. I am looking forward to returning. Great place!

This shop in Laval was recommended to me by a friend while I was visiting from out of town, and it did not disappoint. The sandwiches were incredible — fresh bread, quality ingredients, and packed with flavour. I was so impressed after my first visit that I ended up ordering a platter for a conference I was hosting. We placed the order very last minute, and the team still came through for us. Our guests absolutely loved everything, and the platter was completely gone within an hour. Huge thank you to the staff at Banh Mi Laval for the amazing food and service. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Hidden gem in Laval you don’t want to miss. The banh mi here is easily one of the best we had—generous portions, perfectly balanced, and packed with flavor in every bite. The meat was juicy, the veggies were fresh and crisp, and the bread had that ideal light crunch on the outside with a soft interior. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and well put together, which really shows the care behind the food. On top of that, the owner is super kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to. Highly recommended if you’re craving a quality banh mi.

Stopped here for a lunch break during my road trip and wow could not have been more happier. The grilled pork banh mi was tasty as was the milk tea - light and flavourful. I also ordered a vegetarian banh mi which I was told was also a hit. The owner is friendly, approachable and makes your experience here even better. This is easily a place I would come eat again next time I am in town.

Absolutely loved my experience at Bánh Mì Hanoi ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Tammy, the owner, greeted me with the biggest, warmest smile—even while I was still on the phone. That kind of genuine kindness instantly sets the tone. Tammy is Vietnamese, and you can truly feel the love and authenticity behind the place. She and her mom created all the recipes, and it shows in every bite. The restaurant is spotlessly clean, which I always appreciate. I ordered the vegetarian bánh mì, and wow… it was out of this world. The tofu and mushrooms were perfectly cooked and coated in this sweet, umami-rich soy-style sauce that was bursting with flavor. Honestly, one of the best vegetarian sandwiches I’ve ever had. The miso soup was just as impressive—so comforting, flavorful, and well balanced. You have to check out the photos of my plate before and after—I finished everything 😄 That says it all. I much prefer supporting local businesses like this, where people cook with their heart, care about quality ingredients, and take pride in what they serve, rather than giving my money to fast-food chains. Do yourself a favor and go try Bánh Mì Hanoi ASAP. You won’t regret it. 💛🥖🍜
