First walking in, I was greeted very nicely and told I can pick my seating arrangement as I’d like. They offered me complementary tea (hot or cold, my choice). I asked about the Special Tonkin soup and its contents, I was told it’s a variety of beef cuts. Rare beef, beef balls and other beef cuts. The broth was VERY delicious and had a deep flavour, a very good amount of noodles as well in the bowl. The amount of meat was also generous. Once finished I was offered another cup of tea and told I can take my time. Overall the experience was amazing, I felt very welcomed by the staff and comfortable. It was a very homey feeling. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in search of some good Pho!
