Hasham made the night out with my family special with excellent service, the meal was delicious and he explained everything being patient with explaining the options. Highly recommend to eat here before a show or do some gaming.

We ordered strawberry daiquiries. We questioned the color, because it did not look right. The bar tender used Ceasar mix instead of Daiquiri mix. Then the drink came back with crushed ice, rather than your usual slushy daiquiri. For supper, I ordered the tacos....very disappointed and so greasy. It was roast beef in a fried soggy shell, no toppings.

The food was not edible. We ordered the massive poutine and none of it was edible. Fries and gravy were cold and gross. The extras were also a huge disappointment. They did not charge us which was the best part of our experience.

Went to Banco for dinner Friday night and ordered the Burger Parisian. Absolutely delicious and great service as always provided by Claudia .. Highly recommend

Service was good, started eating the onion soup and there was a piece of plastic.....But according to the manager it was a piece of onion......Whatever never had a problem before and I think I won't come back.....Went back for my Bday and I ordered Ceasar salad and a pizza.....Ceasar was good but my pizza was burnt

Had the steak dinner with a side of gravy and it was very yummy! Overall, great experience, good cocktails and perfect atmosphere with friends.

It's not our first time at this casino. Been going there since it open. Today from start to finish our experience was awful.We ask if we could have a little table on the side of the wall. The hostess told us it was dirty. The water glass was dirty and so was my cutlery. I was disgusted.. Denis our server needs to be educated on the history of the restaurant , because when asked about the buffet he claims that their has never been a BUFFET . His service had yet to be desired. We had to wave him every time we ordered or requested a refill on coffee or water. I've been a server in fine dining for many years myself.It's nice to be treated like a guest and not a nuisance We won't be going back.

If your planning a birthday party or anything else be aware you cannot bring your own cake, they used the excuse of mapaq but this is not true. I would of cancel but it was too last minute. Total turn off. Service was not that great either.
