I find the menu limited and tired. It needs an update. The service is uneven, and the food likewise. It really depends what night you go and who is managing the restaurant. The last few times I went were so disapointing that I will not go back. I much prefer Vago and Kif Kif

I live near Balos and have gone frequently. Tonight it was mostly empty. I was served my main meal very quickly, although it wasn't exactly hot. After i finished my plate was removed and after about 15 minutes i was asked if I wanted dessert or coffee, I said that that moment had long passed and asked for my cheque. As I mentioned the place was empty- unexcusable service, with nasty attitude.

Incredible experience at BALOS. We were a group of 6 and were accommodated with such a warm welcome. Our host was so kind, recommended such incredible choices for a group and was so, so kind. Every dish was so fresh, portions were generous and the quality was superb. Looking forward to going back! This restaurant is a great option for a group, or for a semi-formal date night out.

Entrees and fish dishes are amazing - also very nice selection of Greek wines. Love this place. Updatesummer 2024 - they have a Greek Rosé wine called La Vie en Rose which is worth a try. Also want to highlight the home made cheese cake, yes home made and most excellent.
