Very disappointing experience. I waited 45 minutes for a simple sandwich, only to find out that my order hadn’t even been started. When I politely asked about the delay, instead of apologizing or providing an explanation, the employee responded in a rude and unprofessional manner, telling me “come work at my place” when I expressed my frustration about the wait. Long waits can happen, but poor communication and disrespectful customer service are unacceptable. A simple apology and honest update would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I won’t be returning

I had high expectations however the only good thing were the chips. The meat of the baguette was very dry and the chicken didn’t have any flavor. The spice for the beef was A LOT and all what I could taste was the paprika or whatever they use. Kinda disappointing for a $17 sandwich.

Truly might be the worst sandwich in Montreal. Rock hard baguette which feels like chewing a shoe. It shatters everywhere in crumbs because it's so dry, hurting your mouth and making a huge mess on the table and your clothes. Filling was 1/3 of what you would expect for this price and this bun size. See photos, it's truly laughable that they charge $15 for this amount of meat and no veggies at all, inside an old, hard baguette. The meat was hard and overcooked by the way. But you probably already guessed it.

After living less than a five minute walk away from this place for almost 2 years, I finally picked up a baguette sandwich today. These sandwiches hit all the right spots- juicy and tender meats (I tried a mix of fillet mignon and mergez, and the guy making the sandwich very sweetly added some free chicken), a nice coleslaw, spicy tasty sauce, and perfectly toasted good quality bread. Especially for the price, it's really good value for money. I tried some of the homemade lemonade as well and it was super refreshing. The space is cheerful and colourful, the people running the establishment are kind and welcoming, and the food of course is delicious. Will definitely come back!
