Honestly, even if the trip from Toronto to Montreal was longer, it would still be worth it just for this shawarma The restaurant is very clean, well organized, and everything from the food to the service is outstanding. The Syrian chef is extremely respectful, generous, and welcoming I honestly felt like I was eating with family, not at a restaurant. Every time I visit Montreal, this place has become a must-stop for me. Truly worth trying, and I recommend it with full confidence

I had a great experience at this shawarma shop. The shawarma was very authentic, full of flavor, and tasted fresh. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the ingredients complemented each other really well. You can tell they put care into the food. Definitely one of the tastiest shawarmas I’ve had , highly recommended!

Unreal. I had shawarma beef saj at baba. The home made saj is unreal, the beef is unreal and the other garnishing were unreal. Ive had many shawarma wraps, including “Dunya” multiple times. Baba has taken the crown decisively.

Way overrated, too much sauce, not worth it, the rating it has is not it, gave me mostly burned pieces, the saj sandwich was good hence the 2 stars, forget the rest

Amazing platter of shawarma. Generous and beautiful presentation. We had leftovers for the next day and the shawarma re-heated very nicely. Deliiiiicious! 👍🏻

Great sandwiches at a great price! We had the kafta and chicken shwarma on pitas, and our son got poutine. The pickled veggies on the saj were delicious.
